| Wounded Paw ships worldwide using Canada Post. Shipping costs are defined by the weight and the destination of the package. Wounded Paw will only ship using services that include tracking numbers and insurance. Shipping items together will be cheaper than seperately so try to put orders together if possible.
Canada
Packages are shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost in Canada and should arrive in 3-5 days. The cost of shipping one effects pedal in Ontario is $7 and $12 for the rest of Canada.
USA
Packages are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel to the U.S. and should arrive in 5-7 days. The cost for one effects pedal is $20 throughout the U.S.
International
Packages are shipped worldwide using Canada Post Xpresspost and delivery times vary from 1-2 weeks depending on the destination. The international rate is $60.
Returns
Effects pedals with defects due to manufacturing will be replaced or repaired at no cost.
Defective CDs and vinyl may be returned for a replacement at no extra cost. Simply mail the product back to us and we will mail out a new one immediately.
